Prices are per day. For short or particularly long stays (e.g. 1 month), please inquire for availability and prices.
The use of water, gas, electricity and heating are included.

Booking and payment

To book a property you need to fill in and send the booking form.
Upon receipt of the request, you will automatically receive a notification confirming receipt of the request.

It will be the responsibility of the property to contact you at the contacts indicated in the request to confirm or not the requested booking dates and identify the preferred payment methods.

For stays of at least one week (7 nights) we will be able to fully confirm the booking by paying a deposit of 30% of the total amount.

Cancellation policy

Both in the case of bookings that have involved the payment of the advance and in the case of booking without advance, please contact the property in time to communicate any cancellation.


Please let us know the number of guests at the time of booking or if this number changes before your arrival. This is to ensure that adequate sheets and towels are always provided.

Languages and Communications

The language spoken by the owners of the property, and/or by those who will take care to welcome you, is Italian and English.
For information requests and communications in general, please always write in Italian or English.

Change days and arrival / departure times

We can offer flexible check-in and check-out times, but please inquire as this is obviously subject to availability. The standard check in time is scheduled for 2.30 pm and check out time for 11 am.
If you are late or ahead of your scheduled arrival/departure time, please inform us as soon as possible.

Airport / station pickup

If pick-up / drop-off at the airport or train station is required, this can be arranged before the start of the vacation at an additional price to be agreed upon, to be paid locally.


All properties are cleaned before your arrival. If your stay lasts one week, the property will be cleaned and the linen will be changed once a week. Additional cleaning service can be arranged at an additional cost to be paid locally. As a courtesy, we ask you to leave the property in order upon departure.


Pets are not allowed in any property, except by prior agreement.

Alterations and cancellations by you

If you cannot make your vacation, you can transfer your reservation to someone else.

Personal loss or injury

We cannot be held responsible for any accidents that may occur. However, if you or a member of your group suffers a theft, serious injury or illness, we will, as far as possible, offer assistance and support to help you.

Special Requests

Any special requests for your vacation should be made at the time of booking. We will do our best to meet your requests, which may be subject to additional charges to be notified at the time of request.


These terms and conditions form the vacation contract. Please read them carefully. The person making the booking accepts these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all members and also accepts full responsibility for all payments due in connection with the vacation booked.
